The absolute most professional, honest and trustworthy company you could ask for! Showed up early and got right to into the repair. Aaron the owner was great on the phone and in person, listened to our situation and was able to be at our house the very next morning. From start to finish they kept us updated on how things were going and there wasn’t even a mess! This was the cleanest repair we’ve ever seen, and in less than two hours we had hot water again! Realized my water heater was leaking Sunday of MLK weekend (of course). On Monday I called Plumbrite. They offered to provide an estimate if I would submit photos of my current water heater and it’s spec label. Within 1 hour I received a very fair estimate. Plumbrite’s schedule was already pretty full and the best they could do was Thursday AM. I spoke with Aaron and explained we were already without hot water for 24hrs. Going another 3 days just wouldn’t cut it. He said he’d call some of his Tuesday appointments and call me back. Within the hour, he called back and said he was able to move his 8am appointment but not the next one. He could do my install but he’d need to start between 6:30am and 7. I agreed and he was there the next day as promised. He and a helper removed the old unit and installed the new one. He showed me one of my existing valves which had a crack and he recommended it be replaced for $25. I agreed and upon presentation of the final bill it was the original estimate amount plus $25. Great job and great company. I highly recommend.
